El agente abrillantador fluorescente VBL pertenece a los derivados de estilbeno triazina, su tono fluorescente es cian ligeramente violeta y pertenece al aniónico. Se utiliza principalmente para blanquear y abrillantar telas de algodón blanqueadas, desplumar impresiones en blanco, blanquear papel y blanquear industrias de detergentes y revestimientos.

Campo de aplicación:
1, se utiliza para blanquear productos blancos de algodón y viscosa, así como para aclarar productos de colores claros o impresos, con solidez general a la luz solar, buena afinidad por las fibras de celulosa y uniformidad general, y es adecuado para imprimir y pulpa para teñir, laminar e imprimir.
2. El agente abrillantador fluorescente VBL se puede utilizar para abrillantar productos de vinilo y nailon.

Rendimiento y características:
1. Es aniónico y se puede utilizar en el mismo baño con tensioactivos o colorantes aniónicos, tensioactivos no iónicos y peróxido de hidrógeno.
2. No apto para uso en el mismo baño con tensioactivos catiónicos o colorantes.
3. El abrillantador fluorescente VBL es estable al polvo de seguro.
4. El abrillantador fluorescente VBL no es resistente al cobre, hierro y otros iones metálicos.
Método de uso:
1. En la industria papelera, el agente blanqueador fluorescente VBL se puede disolver en agua y agregar a la pulpa o pintura.
En la industria de fabricación de papel, disuelva el agente blanqueador fluorescente VBL con 80 veces de agua y agréguelo a la pulpa o pintura, la cantidad es del 0,1 al 0,3% del peso de la pulpa seca o de la pintura seca.
2. En la industria de la impresión y el teñido, el abrillantador fluorescente VBL se puede agregar directamente al tanque de teñido y disolverse con agua.
Dosis: 0,08-0,3%, proporción del baño: 1:40, mejor temperatura del baño de teñido: 60ºC
Paquete y almacenamiento:
Caja de cartón de 20 kg, tambor de papel de 25 kg o 30 kg, mantener alejado de la luz, secar a temperatura ambiente.
Vida útil: 24 meses a temperatura ambiente y seco.
1. Se recomienda almacenar el agente iluminador fluorescente VBL en un lugar fresco y seco, alejado de la luz, con un período de almacenamiento de 2 años.
2. El período de almacenamiento del abrillantador fluorescente VBL supera los 2 meses y se permite una pequeña cantidad de cristalización, lo que no afectará el efecto de uso durante la vida útil.
3. El agente abrillantador VBL se puede mezclar con tensioactivos aniónicos y no iónicos, tintes y pinturas directos, ácidos y otros aniónicos, pero no con tintes y tensioactivos catiónicos, imprimaciones de resina sintética y otros baños.
4, la calidad del agua utilizada es mejor para el agua blanda, no debe contener cobre, hierro y otros iones metálicos ni cloro libre, debe usarse con la combinación.
5, la cantidad de agente blanqueador fluorescente VBL debe ser adecuada, se reduce demasiada blancura o incluso se amarillea, se recomienda que la cantidad no exceda el 0,5%.
